Default RSS VS GMG Rollbar - trying to decide

Looking for opinions on the differences between the RSS rollbar and GMG's RSR and/or WC rollbar.

Which is the best bar to get?

TIA

RSS at $1,495

GMG's RSR Bar at $2,395

GMG's WC Bar at $1,645

GMG was a perfect fit for my .2 RS. I have 4 other friends with same car and they have the GMG, we like that. I am not sure what the diff really would be, but fit and finish was great.

Why not the oem one?
Which one goes back furthest/offers most leg room?
I have to protect CS bar and seats because they touch...

Consider DAS as well--bolt in, super-sturdy, and has nice footplates in the front as well as bolting to lower seatbelt support bolts--some just secure at the bolt without a footplate. Fit and finish was great. They have a good website.

GMG RSR for best structural rigidity, safety, rollover protection, and harness bar. GMG WC or RSS for a harness bar.

RSS all the way!
The 930 rollbar set up is great and if you want more the newer 931 is more fortified.
Another thing, I want my shoulder belts fastened just behind me not 18 to 24" behind me (as in other systems) to allow slack to develop.
Regarding the OEM club sport rollbars, well I HATED the one in my 997.1 GT3.
It made more creeking noise than an old kids swing set.

+1 on the Clubsport, you can add a front portion if you want (doesn't cut through the dash), and mine doesn't creek at all.

2nd choice would be RSS

RSS by far...dollar for dollar RSS wins....RSS has supreme construction, perfect fit. RSS actually builds their own bars in their facility in SoCal. Who make the GMG bar? Where is it made...no one really knows.

OEM if preferable if you have the budget and can find one. With that being said, I have the RSS bar. Fit is great, seat goes all the way back (not that I need it to), and no rattles.
