3.4 oil burning wet-sump 295Hp 2007 Cayman S with the engine oil running in the 270 degrees range, too hot and too weak, AiM Solo DL doesn't lie, the car is sloooow. 21 Heat cycles on skinny R6 and 8"/9" wheels.

Finally get some internet at Chateau Elan lobby!

You FL guys are a great group! Ddog, (Senna, Eddie, Izzone, The Greek, Rad, and so many others whom I had a chance to meet Saturday). It was a bit lonely Sunday, but I started to figure some things out.

I should have footage of Izzone/Greek happy hour with Senna on the front straight.

Peter - thank you for being so kind and generous. I really enjoyed your instruction and support. Eddie as well! I realize the this comes at a price,... yes, I agreed I can never sell the car to Erik. But he's not interested any way, so that's no loss.

I started to feel comfortable this morning and picked up a few more good tips. I can't wait to do Sebring again as I think I've figured it out. I think I have some footage with the instructor and also did one session on the Smarty Cam. My goal was to qualify for the Cars 'n Coffee Cup of under 2:30. I'll post video and pictures when I get a chance.

My Cayman S does 8:25 at the Nurburgring compared to 7:47 for your Aero Beetle, so your Aero Beetle needs to go 13 secs faster than my 295Hp Moving Chicane at Sebring.

On a flight to Boston...hate that I wasn't there!

Rad, awesome video and hustling that Cayman around the track. I say Rad has the best looking track video graphics...what are they?

In my friends defense (which doesn't happen often) I believe his brake pedal went to the floor. Cooked his fluid....

small observation, but too many people after exiting 7 unwind the steering wheel left of center. this should not happen unless you are passing or avoiding something
