Default Fair Price for a Garage Queen 997.2 GT3 (pics attached)

I'm looking to upgrade to an RS therefore my 2011 GT3 may be up for sale. What would be a fair price based on the following specs?

2011 Carrara White GT3
2400 miles (no track)

Factory options are: front axle listing system, pcm 3.0 w/ extended navigation, heated front seats, dynamic cornering lights, sound package plus, sport chrono package plus, xm radio, universal audio interface.

Added options: OEM clear side markers and rear LED tail lights, alcantara console lid.

Car currently has the Akrapovic exhaust, GMG WC wheels and a custom steering wheel -- which will be sold separately.

The car is in as new condition and has spent most of its life in my garage, detailed, under a car cover and hooked up to a battery tender. Original wheels with Michelin PS Cups are practically new with just about 300 miles on them and stored indoors. Located in NJ.

Considering the
2011 RS with same mileage is asking 140s and taking 130s id say that a low mileage non RS would ask 120 and take 110s.

A trade in on a RS would be a good bet. Plan on forking out an extra 20k for the delta.

Keep your exhaust etc from your old car and swap it onto the RS.
If you are lucky the dealer will include the exhaust swap labour in the delta.

Well, the heated seats means no GT2 seats which is a bummer. Otherwise nice combination of options and the decal delete is my preference. Not many for sale, so if you like it anything around 125 would be good given no mileage and a clean DME- then again, I'm not an expert. Maybe someone can post Manheim prices for GT3 RS last week and we can all extrapolate from there...

oops my bad. I thought it was an RS...

Subtract 15K.

Same caveat. Get Manheim pricing and extrapolate from there.

I think a few non RS cars were sold here and online around $105k to $110k. PS: DO NOT SELL YOUR AKROPOVIC exhaust system. I have one in my car now, and hands down a great accessory to complement a great car. Keep it for the RS.

Yes, mine was purchased for 105, but retrofitted DEM and certified so final price was more like 110K. At the time in line with Manheim.. given I'm not buying wholesale.

PS- Sell me your exhaust. You don't need those cheater parts on an RS!

If it's the full Akropovic exhaust, let's talk! You can sell the other pieces to Trackcar.

+1 on the price point, you can be on the high end for the right buyer.

Thanks for all the responses -- looks like 110 list is the appropriate price point. Will post for sale in the classified section within the next few days. Meanwhile, feel free to PM me if you're interested. Prefer local (NJ) sale.

Thanks again!
