Glad you sold the GT3. Every time I wash my black car I wish I bought yours. Then I polish it up and love black for the 30 seconds it takes to get dirty again.
Thanks, here's a recent pic

Yikes, is that Azzurro California? pictures don't show the deep and astonishing presence of this color. Nice skid plates.

Okay ... okay ... somebody point me to one of these $150K bulletproof Scuderias already ...

It's Avio metallico. One of the launch colors of the Scud.

Ecco! So when do I get to drove yours & experience this magic firsthand?

Both the GT3 RS and Scud are amazing. I haven't gotten the Scud to the track yet and probably won't this year as I'm sorting out the Interseries car I landed into. I have to say, the RS is just great to take from street to track and back and I will be in for the 991 version.

Not sure about the 150k Scuds though. Didn't see any...

Yeah looks like a 3.8 with 4.0 stickers. On consignment. The asking price is non negotiable, 25k over sticker..GT2RS are less then 4.0 now.

How about a brand new purpose built race car for $85k? Consumables about 80% less cost than any Porsche?

http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...KeyField=11687

That is a compelling value by any measure. I'm half tempted to sell the 4.0 and buy one of these.

Sell 4.0 to Reter and get the Pony car....actually the Pony car looks like a lot of fun, great advanced DE car, could race if wanted to, and less headaches with parts and maintenance costs.

I think if you drive one you will be cured. Plus I don't want a dedicated racecar.

+1 dump that 4.0 and get a 5.0!

My thoughts exactly?

Why do you say that? I would love to hear from someone that has driven one of these factory prepped Mustangs? I bet there is not a part on the car that costs more than $100 and it comes from your local Ford dealer?

They race these against Porsche 9A1 engine cars right? How do they perform?

I have had Mustangs remember? Put 40K track miles on 2 of them.

Still uses parts, cheaper but don't last as long and they do break.
Could be in between Miata spec racing and Cup spec racing I guess in terms of both fun and cost.
But it would be racing and so it will be more expensive the 4.0 DE.

Drive on ->Sledge hammer feel VS scalpel feel.
