For such an awesome event, really did capture quite a few over exuberances on camera.

Last run of the second day following Eric in his highly cheater spec turbo which was fresh from the shop. Dont think I've seen 4 cars trying to go through turn four two abreast before, on a non race day. Oh and the red car isnt the regular german variety in case anyone is interested.

Eric was there, respect as he bought the car wednesday, drove it from Dallas to NC straight to the shop for the cheater mods. Picked it up Tuesday afternoon and came straight to the track. Kudos! His rear tires were shot however so another trip to the shop Wednesday morning for new cups and he was away. Its faaassssttt and very low. So low it clips the white lines on the road!

i think we've posted all the craziness so here are a few serious laps at the end of the day. please excuse my camera and the warp speed vibration moments that occur

i was going to 4th for turn 3 all day but by the end of the day i was tired of fighting with 4th and back to 3rd since it was such a struggle to get in gear and has been with my last 2 events. really need to find out whats going on. so i just left it in 3rd

This was unusual for a Murry event. No doubt many great drivers, but some probably should not have been out on track at an event of this format. The good news about this was that everybody was quite polite out there and the weather was spectacular.

That is priceless! Thanks for sharing that! Also great to meet you and thanks for stoping by to say hello. I had a chance to meet some other Rennlisters and that was pretty cool!

Overall great event once again.

I am looking forward to the September VIR Murry event! I wish David Murry and his family all the best in this difficult time. I surely did miss him in the paddock at the event. He has been so influential in my progression as a driver at the David Murry Track Days.

ok this is my last vid, but its a short clip of the robertson racing ford gt on track. its pretty cool his wife drives and she got down to a 1:59. the acceleration is crazy

wheels are from forgeline and it was great dealing with jeff at pacific western performance. i cant remember if they come in 5 lug but i think they do
