Do they allow novices at the David Murry events? How long are the sessions?

They say they don't but there were some drivers who needed to be in the beginner group with the pace and trains they were forming

No limit on run times. Open track from 830-430

Excellent few days - enjoyed the company of many fellow rennlisters. Running with Jenks for what must be over 350 miles on track, about a foot apart most of the time, was a lot of fun and a learning experience as we both posted personal bests at the track each day. Helps when the two of us were running hard to stay with the Robertson Racing Ford GT that placed on the podium last year at Le Mans (nice pics Jenks). Quite an experience.

There really is no holding up Jenks on track, says he was schooled by the mancation crew. Pass above happened very quickly, clearly the racing line. No panic, totally calm.

More vids to follow.

he gave me a tiny finger out the window then moved over like he was giving space. i saw him coming back in and just kept the wheel straight thru the grass and it never even phased me. on around and kept going. this was probably the most action on the track ive had ever as far as close calls like that and all the sideways driving like clarke.

flm9111, thought i was an aggressive driver... has hasnt seen peter, eddie, and juan out on track if im aggressive. LMAO

Wow, if he gave you a point and then squeezed you, I wonder what he was thinking.

Have seen Peter at VIR right after you all did mancation in the hills of TN...yes, your right up there with him for sure! Was a heck of a blast running at VIR with you.

As I was pretty close behind you and going to follow through, did look like the point was there and the older 911 was giving room as our close rate was significant. Not sure who had the bigger surprise - you, the person driving the older 911 or me as I had to eat grass and pick it out of the rads afterwards!

More video - this time Jenks was searching for that new brake point and line around oak tree...either that or the pass on the GT2 through south bend released too many endorphins....we did have a good grin at it later (triple black was the driver of the GT2 who was wrongly accused of being the older 911 driver from the earlier high speed pass at the end of the back straight).
