Price range 2010 GT3 with low miles!
997 guys,
Whats the best prices, or a reasonable price range for someone interested in buying 2010 - 997 GT3, or GT3 RS. With very low milage; below 5k miles. In 'as-new' mint condition !
Appreciate advice from those experienced with the cars' used, re-sale market values.
Thanks.

2010 white gold rs was listed at $120K at a Porsche dealer in alabama and it sold in less than a week...
it had 3000 miles I think...
from what I can tell with pristine sub 5k cars -- if you list in the 120s you have a chance of actually selling and not just listing
If you list in the 130s or above, it is going to take a while
I dont follow the non rs market too closely but if the RS cars are selling at 120 I would think the non rs GT3 should bring 95-105
just observations on my behalf -- I do not claim to be an expert

I think PJS is pretty close and a non RS should be in the 95 to 105k range.
There are quite a few GT3's available so you should have your pick of the litter.

Base used price: White 2010 GT3 RS 3.8: $120k
PCCB: add $5k
Grey: add $5k
2011: add $5k
Blue: add $10k
PTS: add $15k
CPO: add $2k
mileage: reduce $1 per mile
tracked: reduce $2 per tracked mile.
Regular 997.2 GT3, base price: $100k, use the rules above, no color price adjustment, except PTS: +$10k. Carbon seats +$5k
This will give you prices that will let you close a deal.
Some dealers are delusional, so don't use unrealistic asking prices from them.

I don't think the one in ALabama was a realistic comparison. I believe it was sold behind the scenes. They didn't put it on the website when it first hit the ground then they did put it on the website AFTER it was sold.

I was late to the party on a low mile paint to sample 2010 RS that was recently purchased (a few months ago) for $110K and immediatly resold for $125K
that is a rare instance of course
IMHO sub 5K miles, no significant mods, little over revs, no known abuse etc:
.2 RS
110 sells quickly
120 sells
130+ sits
.2 GT3
90 sells quickly
100 sells
110+ sits
Color does not really matter and options do not really matter -- paint to sample is only worth something to people that absolutely adore the color which narrows the market a bit for that particular car.
I do not personally believe that PCCB is worth any significant up charge
I do believe that chrono delete cars are more desirable to the uber enthusiast
show me a white 3.8 RS with stock black/light gold/silver wheels and no decals, that includes the clubsport rear cage and 2 sets of gold BBS centerlocks and that would trump paint to sample and pccbs and I would pay more for it.

i've been in the market for the last 3 months also.
i think minty cars (2010-2011) are more like:
RS...$125k
non-RS...$105k
each can certainly be had for -10%, but those are the typical cars that have closer to 10k miles and a bit of use.

PJS, don't know for sure. The saleswoman that I know there, called and told me about it. Said it was listed at 125. I asked for details on it. She was slow to get them and then when I got tired of waiting and called her back she said it was sold.

This is what I'm using right now.

For another reference point, I bought my 2010 GT3 2 weeks ago for 105K with Carbon Seats, full leather, NAV, no sports chrono, and lots of gingerbread items, plus RSS exhaust, and 8K miles.
I think full leather adds some value, maybe 1K, and NAV and audio options add another 500 each.
Agree PCCB adds nothing.
I followed the market closely for a year. I don't agree that you have a lot of choice right now. The number of cars for sale nationally is down about 50% from 6 months ago.

slim pickin's. just saw a 2010 go at $107k (5k/mi, pccb, sport buckets, front lift, by-pass exhaust). the best available are at 110. they can swing down to 95, but that's roughly as low as they've been going in my search.

u guys are trying to come up with too narrow a range
RS is 120k
GT3 is 100k
plus minus 10k on these cars is meaningless.
if you see one you really like, pay that extra 10k and be done with it.
