Maybe as Francoise suggested

Just have to find monticello day between 29 and 5th.
Best event of the year, put on by a PCA region, is the PCA club race at Mosport on 6, 7, 8 July. More driving, less standing around, and you can watch the races in between sessions. Just one happy run group.

Otherwise, "private" days, some with open track, are the best.

August 3-5, Calabogie with Rennsport PCA
August 3-5, Watkins Glen with Rennsport PCA

Bring it on.

Those are 5 days out of Mancation that I can do any weekend, rather hit tracks I have not been to or are a few days driving.

Road ATL will try to combine when AMP opens or at least go check out AMP before I go back to Raod Atlanta, love doing new tracks.

VIR I will do in Sept with Dave Murry i think.

3 days of Mosport sounds very tempting.

I think we will have it down by next week.
We need to dial some numbers about private track days first I guess.

Damn, I need to move fast on getting my 6gt3!

Francois, if TMP is still open you guys should hit that up too. It'll be a warm up to Mosport.

Steve, not sure I would drive 3000 miles to go to TMP

These guys don't need a warm up, they hit the ground running.

Haha I tried... I'll be taking mine out there first to get acquainted with 'her'.

I found a potential car, might post up in 996gt3 forum or PM you.

I did 3 days at MidOhio in 2011, not good, eats front tires. Kinda boring too.

One call to someone like Gerry Low (416.809.6803) can probably make this happen. He does his own stuff and also works with Pfaff up here at Mosport. There is no question in my mind that if you give him the week you want to do Mosport -> Calabogie -> Tremblant then he can figure it out. You would then leave Montreal and cross boarder on way to Watkins.

The other thing someone like Gerry Low can do is potentially reach out to the right people at Tremblant (Bob on rennlist as an example) to get help to set up a Tremblant day.

Glad you guys put Tremblant on the list - Tremblant is in my Top 4 with Mosport, Watkins and VIR.

To have the best time, you want to avoid the big PCA days and basically have private days with 30 other guys - 10x better experience - basically the same cost.

Paul
that sounds like the real deal - open track, open passing, no ptby's
