Superforgiata OZ's..weight load rating
Picked up a set of 4 for my 10 GT3.
Saw on the back of each wheel "415 kg MAX" for each front
And "625 kg MAX" for each rear.....safe right ???

For car shows, public highways and flat roads, yes they're fine.
For track use, not remotely safe. At 1g of vertical g-force (standard gravity), a GT3 with driver and fuel puts 2,200 lbs on the rear axle and 1,300 lbs on the front axle.
Any elevation change that causes compression on the car can easily exceed those Maximum load ratings from the OZ wheels (1,826 lbs total front, 2750 lbs total rear).
So, no more braking from high speeds, no more Sebring, no more Daytona, no more PBIR, no more Homestead.
Unsafe for high speed driving & track days.

As a different point of reference, the Rays Volk Racing G12 forged centerlock wheels that I represent and have for sale (and written up in this thread) are rated at 735kg per wheel. Both front and rear have this rating stamped into the outer rim.
Price is frequently correlated to quality.
In NJ-GT's example above compare total max load rating of 4576 lbs on the OZ vs 6468 lbs for the Rays. It is an indivdual choice how much margin of safety one chooses to invest in.

Impressive, a front wheel with almost twice the weight rating of the OZ.
RAYS (they make Volk Racing wheels) are among the best wheels in business, lightest/strongest package.
Savy, I want those rotors for my FIAT.

Do we know the load ratings of the OEM wheels? Surely the Oz wheels would match those at the very least... Heaps of guys use the non forged Ultraleggeras without issue...

I haven't used the HLT but CorsicanBB who drives the same car as me has them and from what I know they are fine too. Another guy here has the HLT's and runs them on a super-modified 996gt2 and hasn't had any problems. I've been running the superforgiatas for several months now very aggressively without any problems. It would be good if the load rating is static or dynamic - if its static then we are fine, if its dynamic then we are in trouble lol.

No worries must be fine.
Just coming back from the Moon now, and reentering Earth's atmosphere.
Wheels....so far ok.
Outside temperature 16900 F degrees and climbing.
Vehicle load 20,000 lbs (6 g's plus).
Sorry gotta go and push the "lift" button in order to activate parachute, as I am going to land in the Pacific ocean in about 10 minutes, and I hate...HATE......when the car sinks to the bottom of the ocean----talk about an expensive tow....been there, done that, and I don't want to do it again.

The answer to this query should be stamped on the back of our OEM wheels... I doubt Oz racing would (a) make its wheels to a lesser standard, and (b) make its premium product weaker than the entry level product... Just my opinion...
Respect to Rays for going to a higher standard, albeit at a price....
FWIW- Had some photos of my tech1-110 wheels and the load ratings on those were 970lb (f) and 1433lb (r) which equates to 440kg (f) and 650kg (r) thus they apply a safety factor of 25kg... I'd be very confident that the max ratings on those superforgiatas stated above are the ratings set by Porsche on the OEM wheels...
