Just getting home. Unbelievably awesome weekend. Thanks to the Goldcrest guys for letting me hang around the pits. Although they had a tough race, their performance this morning was impressive. Good luck for the rest of the season and congrats to the Magnus team. Unbelievable! Here are the pics...
Not sure on the color. First one I had seen. Have to say that it looked pretty good! Still had the dealer tag on it, so, I assume it was a recent delivery.
is that blue 4.0, called minerva blue?
nice pics, lewis! how was the 991 ride?
991 ride was great. The car is smooth and seemed to handle predictably from the passenger side. The car is very nicely appointed and I think the 991 will assume its role as the flagship for the brand. The more interesting thing will be how the track oriented (GT) line evolves.
Also, the driver, as well as every other Porsche employee, mentioned that the 991 C2S was as quick as the GT3 around the Ring. Seems Porsche is keen on making sure they have their talking points down.

Great pictures and compared to the last 3 years of cold weather, it was a fabulous event. BTW, does anyone have a clue as to what the pair of numbers are on the bottom of the vertical scoreboard? They are constantly changing without any (known to me) rhyme or reason. I've been wondering for more years than I'd like to admit, someone must know the answer to this incredibly important question .
