991 GT3 is going to kill
Anyone happen to notice the numbers posted by Road & Track for the new Carrera S? 3.5sec to 60?!? 74.1mph in the slalom vs the record setting 75.9 of the GT2RS.
To quote AP, the 991 GT3 is going to be glorious...

^ I don't think you're going to see big price drops with any of the current crop of used gt3s. I believe the 6 has hit close to bottom and the 991 is not going to be cheap. A well optioned 991 gt3 even without PDK is going to be >$125k with the right options, imo.
I'm not delirious thinking that 7 3s won't fall. With that said I think you're going to see some a foundation forming in the low $90s for a .2, etc.. post release of the 991. I don't see a lot of movement from there for bit with exception to miles, etc..

Also, truth is the 7GT3RS is a great car so don't think a well taken cared of one should see it's price fall too sharply.
Having said that I am saving up for a 991 RS and hope to keep my current one.

porsche should build a factory (gt3 production specific) in greece.
SLOW can be operations manager, and build cars we want/desire, at good prices, and germany will be helping create more jobs there, and getting some money back.
win/win!

I just hope the market comes down on the .2 for one month, the month I buy mine then it can go back up to high 90's an stay. No, seriously tho, I think you guys are correct. I agree
The number are looking good for the 991. Should be another nice porsche. No matter what it is I think the 997 .1 and .2 gt3rs will always be remembered as a legend car. It will go down in history as highly coveted machine. Not to mentioned the extra special, really coveted 4.0L (kinda like the 73RS and the 993's are) Legendary!
I cannot wait to see the gt3 and RS~ should be interesting. Sadly it is still quite far away
