Well Peter, just between you and I, after I sell the house, and things settle down a bit, I plan to start a thread to ask about where would be a good place to buy a pied-a-terre down there. You know, a condo or something with a couple of parking spots.

But don't tell anyone just yet

Well it certainly doesn't agree with R-compound tires.

Hm, let me think about that. O wait how does 1800sqft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 covered secured parking spaces on the same floor as your condo (No elevator) sound? http://www.marinavillagelive.com/index.html
About 1.5 hours from Homestead Raceway, 35 minutes from Palm Beach Raceway, 2 hours from Sebring and 2.5 hours from Daytona, out of state, Roebling road is 6 hours, Road Atlanta 9 hours.

Available May 1st. I make you a good deal on rent, so you can try it out ;-).

Haha, too funny. I said not just yet

Yes, sounds perfect, and I like the location, but I think that I would prefer not a high-rise. Also need to decide which side of the Panhandle.

LOL.
You'de be close to Orbit (And a few bars downstairs. Hurricane Alley has it's own fishing boat, so go for the catch of the day. They sail 3x a day.).

You'd be 10 hours driving from the Panhandle :-) The Bahama's and Cuba are about 1 and 2 hours by boat respectively on the other hand..
