Ok... The turbulence of the air rolling over the car hitting the rear wing coupled with the.... No 3M is fine, for you...
Note to self, do not get behind Dog.... Wait, no body is behind Dog so all good.

What you think I am like CarreraGT going on and on pontificating when I should be postulating or trying overly hard to indulge my grammitcal whits to the point where in essence the true point of the banter has been totally lost by the time you reach the end to the first sentence.....
I don't know for sure what tape we used but dams it was a bitch to get my Gurney flap off. Never coming of unless you really want it to.

@Deputy: Just get the PORSCHE MOTORSPORT CUP wheel lip spoilers with matching hardware.
They are made perfect for our 997.1 GT3 front end with cup lip and are cheaper than the ones you showed.
I added them to my front cup lip and they compliment each other well.
Get the cup wing after that![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Here are the MOTORSPORT parts needed for your front wheel extensions (911slow helped me source the part #s) and you can order them from GMG or any other supplier who can get MOTORSPORT parts.
2x separation edge - part number 997.505.355.90
8x tapping screw ST4,8x16 – part number N .906.487.02
8x plate nut ST4,2 – part number 999.591.699.01
and a few pix of the wheel extension behind the cup spoiler

The wheel lip spoilers have limited downforce. What they do is to make a sharp movement of the airflow around the spoiler. This causes a low pressure area to form behind or at the wheel. This helps to suck airflow from the wheel area to this high pressure zone or really from the brakes in order to aid in brake cooling.

@Viperbob: You are correct bro...... Deputy just added that to his list of mods on this thread. Just wanted to point out an alternative and a REAL motorsport part to the one he suggested.

Physics is same for .1s and .2s. Except Dogs. His .1 already registers 5 seconds faster than real time. So this might create black hole or proof of Higgs Boson with his car.

Dawg thinks his massive trailer hitch gives him mechanical rear downforce!

Why not just use the sierra composite ones? They're universal, are made of carbon, and are probably less expensive than the motorsports parts. And most importantly, they look cool.
