I cant say much tho, I had started with a display case of 12 now im into the second one and its getting full. I am running out of room for display and it's only 1:24 scale.

This must be what its like to be rich with the real cars. Just on a larger scale.

Funny, I was very close to making a deal on a set of Recaro Pole Positions. Brand new they're around $1100/ea. I thought what a deal, but I REALLY like the OEM look of the GT2 seats.
Plus the original owner of my RS ordered it with full leather, deviated stitching, carbon center consol...it's a very nice interior & not the usual stripped out RS style. After much thought I decided I'm gonna wait for a used set, they'll match the interior nicely.

If you are going down the Recaro path, check out the Recaro SPG...really cool.

agreed waiting seems to be the only way, I may just check into some other race seats. Thanks for the heads up on the recaro SPG's ~ I like the hanz but for driving on the street that may be kinda hard to work with those side pieces. I guess i should just break down and get these from SUNCOAST an be done with it.

honestly some of this stuff is just major pricy to add in after the fact. I figure there is always room to pile on alittle more with the wify, till she snaps. haha Ill have to let her know on a goodday (euh hun I spent 14K on seats for my car ontop of all the other stuff I am getting too eh) like newyears drunkness. Problem is she wont make life hell till the morning hangover. I swear one of these days she is going to set fire to me in my sleep.

I made a mistake, I meant the Recaro Profi not the SPG. The Profis are around $1200/ea & have a more modern look than the Pole Position. These are standard seats on the Euro only M3GTS.
On the wife front....I had a huge laugh. Men are really just boys with money, we just want to play with our toys!

I asked someone about the SPG and he didnt get back to me yet, Maybe thats why, Ill have to resend another email asking for the profis. I know the pole positions arent too bad i had those in a previous bimmer. they are great actully. I miss that car sometime but im happy as pig in sh*t with the porsches. Good brand. Thanks for the heads up bud. Ill look into it.
