OK, here's the list. I will definitely be looking into the studs in the calipers mod. And the seats/cage/harness/LSD/track wheels/bypass are already in the works.

I also need to increase the capability of my torquewrench. Right now it is rated at 250 lbs and I know the CL wheels need much more. Should I just get a better torque wrench, or get a torque multiplier?

That's the one I was thinking of. Looks like there's a lot to do this month.

Which brings me to my point, what track mods would be good to do that won't kill the factory/cpo warranty? It'll be seeing about 80/20 track/street duty. Thanks.
The basic items are a rollbar, harnesses, a decent alignment and a brake flush with good brake fluid. If your car doesn't have sport buckets, you do need to find some decent seats. Other than that, just drive it.

I almost forgot about the brake fluid flush/swap. Didn't think of it b/c I had just done it in the turbo.

The GT3 came with the adaptive seats and I know you can adjust the side bolsters a bit. On the street they're better than I thought they would be, but on the track will be another thing. To be able to use the rollbar/harnesses, I know I'll need to get a nice seat too. Was thinking of the recaro profi spg or spa.
