Looks great congrats, love black, but orange delete is a must

Randy I'm out of the list. I have my RS for 3 months now.... I think, and is not getting old. Yet

WOW!

who would have thought you would go from .1 to .2 back to .1 in the same color as your first .1!

Delete the orange decals.

Locate a set of new or used black RS wheels.
- keep the Orange wheels for resale of car as you can always resale the blacks separate.
- use the orange wheels as spares/track day wheels.
- all your tires can be spares in the same sizes!

Rather then mess around with clubsport bar and welded plates i would use the Porsche Tequipment Bar.
(unless this RS is early production that already has factory plates!)

The GMG bi-pass is all you will ever need on the car unless you want to sell it and buy a sharky

What are you planning with this car? Any track time or mainly street?

Of course the top items on the .1 list would be:

- GT2 seats, roll bar,harnesses
- rad screens
- Pagid Pads, SRF brake fluid
- LSD
- rear toe links
- 996 Cup shifter cables
- Cup front splitter

Congrats on the new car! Was this the car FS on 6speed?

I vote for changing the orange to silver, looks badass

Congrats!!

I saw a black 7.1 RS last month that had the decals in flat black. They went unnoticed to me for a while until about the 3rd time I walked by the car (@ Caffeine & Octane car show). I loved it..
If you decide to keep it more than 12 months I may be in line for it...
Congrats..

Rich K I like the look of yours w/o the orange wheels..

Hmmm gold bbs? You know I was thinking about ordering the last RS with black and gold. Gonna be a tough decision.

Good idea on the extra RS wheels. Someone must have some for sale at a decent price.
Def harnesses, but will swap seats on DE days...won't be many of them and the GT2 seats were not good for me just tooling around town.
Screens a must!
Shifter cables...I will think about that one. I had them in the .2, but I didn't see a huge improvement on the track...stick still got rubbery.
Thanks!! Yes I'm a sick man and can't ever make up my mind.

These cars are hawt!!! These potential color combos are what made be go back to the black 997.1. Just gorgeous. I like the the contrasting colors, but I'm kinda hooked on the black rims, especially since it has PCCB's.
