Default Sebring Trying To Following Izzone or Trakcar

My 1st video using Race-Keeper...I need to reorganize my track map placement...and I will re-down load at a higher resolution.

Izzone and/or Trakcar...not sure who was driving came out on track just as I was going into T1...I pointed them by later and tried my best to follow...uh...keep up. I had a few GT3RS's behind me catch up too...I think 1 was Eddie in his new car...not sure though.

My car is a Carrera GTS which is basically a Carrera S with the 408hp engine on stock sized Toyo R888's...and OZ cast wheels...not the lightest but hey they work for now.....R888 LOL the tire everyone hates!

OK UPDATED THE VIDEO QUALITY

I love to watch laps and wish more would post their laps.
Nice driving, maybe braking earliers would be faster

I hated Traqmate, but the Racekeeper has issues..
- Your video looks like ****. Is that the best you can get uploaded?
- I can't see exact MPH
- Does not keep laptime on screen, so you can only see it at S/F
- I can't see when gas / brake easily, I have to look at G meter. Can you hook that up?

OK reported a btter quality video clip...still trying to figure out the speedo accelerometer placment with Race Keeper.....very odd stuff because you place the lap time, track map, speedo where you want it and export it and it never ends up where you want it. Personally I'm not getting along very well with Race Keeper right now.

TRAKCAR, brake earlier...you are probably correct...that was one thing Chris hall worked with me on...not to brake so deep and late. I am hoever easy off the brakes to better balane the car in to the corner but I could brake earlier...I am braking a lot light these day and I hardly even hit ABS anymore even into T7.

R888's get greasy really easy it seems and my little brakes over heat too. 2 days at Daytona....very easy on brake and 1 day at Sebring and I've got cracks all over the front rotors now.

Updated/Reloaded the video in Higher Quality... Yeah Race Keeper has issues I'm not so sure what to do with Race Keeper. I got Race Keeper because so many...like you...say how bad Traqmate is.

I have the ODBII cable on order which Race Keeper says will show me braking, throttle and all sorts of info. I'll see how that works...if not I wave the white flag and give up.

next gt3, buddy! no doubt there will be pdk.

i don't own a d.a. system, but traqmate looks the best. i've heard the horror stories
regarding install and maintenance...hopefully they can make an easier to use system for computer dummies like me.

Let me comment.

I drove Randy's car after Chris Hall commented mine felt much better.
First I wanted to come in, rattling, shacking, pulling. Then I figured it sounds so cool and Randy can drive it, so I try anyway. Did 2:25's and told Randy the car drives like a garbage truck with a lose steering rack, but it does brake well, but not straight and it sounds and pulls well.....

We checked all identical to my car, allignment, camber, caster toe everything.
Then we check brake pads, 1mm left, OK, seems to not be issue. Then we check tires, 15 pSI left rear LOL...

We dumped the crappy tires threw on my reasonably fresh BBS and it was all good after that running 22's and 221's.
