Nice driving, maybe braking earliers would be faster

I hated Traqmate, but the Racekeeper has issues..
- Your video looks like ****. Is that the best you can get uploaded?
- I can't see exact MPH
- Does not keep laptime on screen, so you can only see it at S/F
- I can't see when gas / brake easily, I have to look at G meter. Can you hook that up?
yah, dont hold back reter.

We checked all identical to my car, allignment, camber, caster toe everything.
Then we check brake pads, 1mm left, OK, seems to not be issue. Then we check tires, 15 pSI left rear LOL...

We dumped the crappy tires threw on my reasonably fresh BBS and it was all good after that running 22's and 221's.
whoa, dont you ppl chk tire pressure.
you should see OCD mooty. he chks pressure about 4x each wheel after each session, then chk them again before he gets in the car.
he even chk his trailer's tire pressure and all spare tires pressure 8x b/n sessions and every bolt is trq and retorq about 30x per day... no wonder i am so fk'g tired at day end.

Sounds like me. Too paranoid to just jump in and drive, I have to check cold temps before every session.

yeah, this is very true. i agree 100%
only problem is an 06 cayman s costs 70k here and an 04 6 3 costs 130k.
plus can't use a gt3 as a daily, so again i will have to have 2 cars to maintain.
this addiction is hard to beat....

i wanna like the cayman, but i can't commit to it. i know it won't be enough.

Not my forte, but even more pissed at all the half assed data / video systems.
Someone please make something. Traqmate is getting there, so maybe I'm lucky to stick it out with them.

I get tired just reading that.
I torque wheels carefully, set tire PSI a bit low, do 1 session, bleed. do 2nd session bleed. Done for the weekend. If it get's real cold overnight I might add 2/3 PSI next morning and repeat but that is rare.

One day I will play with sway bars every 6 laps on new tires but I will hire Orbit for the day or Izzone cause that seems like a lot of work to me.

I've never re-torqued my wheels ever.

I do lie down in front and behind my car (I'm good at horizontal lieing down stuff) and rub my tires to make sure no cords almost after each session. Cords = new tires, no more confidence to push.

refueling every 90miles is probably the most time consuming and annoying, I need a bigger tank!!

Peter, you should try the new TraqDash from Traqmate. Its taking me a little to get used to it, but I think I got it working pretty well now.

Old school here, I follow the Kick the Tires, Light the Fires school of driving.

I know but again more $$ and I never look at it while driving anyway.
Traqmate as long as it all recoreds and you remember pushing red button before turning off the car so you don't lose all data it seems to be dependable with HD module and Sony old fasion SD card HD camera.

What they really need is to update Traqstudio from version 1.00!

Lovely laps there grandad.

Truthfully, this is the first video I've seen of someone drive a PDK car around a track. Its funny in that it makes the driver look like he is out just having a leisurely stroll out in the woods. There isn't the urgency of switching a gear like a six speed with a Mono-Clutch.
