aussie jimmy, have you heard the Avantgardes with the "Omega" Alnico drivers? Pure bliss. My Duo Omegas are 107dB sensitive and an easy 18 ohm load...my 18 wpc Lamms are plenty to drive them to concert levels with zero compression.

Moody, one of the many advantages of horns is the narrow dispersion pattern - no splashing sound all over the place, and therefore easier placement and no need for treatment of walls. Just some bass traps in the corners and you're good to go.

Hope the OP doesn't mind the thread hijack...

Congrats To the OP! Car looks amazing!!

P.S. I envy you audiophiles... Unfortunately my kids(and their sensitive ears) have crushed my desire for high end Audio!

I have also integrated Traqmate, quadruple GoPro cameras and Harry's Laptimer all communicating via localized WiFi point connected to Inmarsat for worldwide coverage. I also managed to get a localized PIWIS installation with automatic PET updates. Just seen the new parts list for the 991 GT3.
Happy to share connection protocols.

Congrats Wurlie, that is one sweet ride...

Two more track sessions with white wheels, then 3pc BBS are coming... So far, white wheels are doing ok, not that hard to clean - but the main reason for putting on BBS is to avoid damage from mounting tyres.
I will also put in different seats to save wear and tear on the leather Carrera GT ones the car came with.
Best, w

Perfect. Yes be careful with those fancy the CGT seat$$. We don't get them, we get the GT2RS seats but in leather. I've some wear on them already..

BBS 19" or 18" front caliper scratchers?
