I did not as I was enjoying no harnesses, no rollbar, no H&N device, no predictive lap-timers, and no Hoosiers (all you cheating bastards...). It was a clean and distraction-free experience.

With that said there is no doubt in my mind the 4.0 would be a freakin' track monster with slicks. Oh yes, and oh my, it would be sweet track-crack addiction at first taste.

And comments were made as to the sounds. Sounds that if heard in person would drive you to madness. And make you want to sell a kidney. You know what I am talking about...

WOW, drag race at TH!! Now that's different. It's amazing how well the 4.0 pull against ZR1 and Z06

No one was more amazed than me, I thought the 'Vettes would trounce the 4.0. The fine gentleman (super great guy) in the race prep 'Vette advised me his crank HP was supposed to be 505. So it makes sense for it to be so close.

I got my Bruce Springsteen race suit already for our little race lol

It's going to be next year before the blue devil ready for track. Will not be 505 at the crank ...

haha.. i love it! We did the same thing in 2007 with the MK1s and it brings back some memories How is it by lunch-time we all decided that we had to do this!?!?
