You are a really really lucky guy. I know at least 10 2007 GT3's sold in the past few months for low 70's and high 60's...

I have seen very few nice .1RS for under $90k (only ones that some some damage at some point).
I don't see the .1RS going below $75k for many years (5+) even when the 991GT3 comes out and from the sources I know.. no one on this forum will be happy the direction they are taking on the engine platform.
We are seeing the last of the breed with the .1Rs and .2RS... I think these will become the next 993S and 993 Turbo and keep there value at a bottom line.
I do see the 996/997 GT3's bottoming out at $50k as its just too much car to go below that..
but this is just 1 mans opinion.
