18x9 fit on our cars no problem also. We are trying to fit 19x9 on our cars. That is the tricky part....

so whats the forgeline recommended offsets for 18x9 and 18x12 997.2 GT3 RS wheels that would run safely up to 255 width tires up front and 335 in back?
Is it going to clear the calipers more than BBS 3-piece wheels?

Thank you. When should I expect that to be delivered? I know you've invested probably 2 weeks online trying to find a set of wheels that fit properly. Once you do, I'll expect a tracking number for my candy bar.

I was looking for a second set of wheels for my car. My only problem is that it took me 10 secs to find 10 sets that work. Just can't decide which ones

Why? They make an 18" hoosier that fits.

Our standard fitment for an RS is 18x9 +47 However, for a for a 255/35R18 Hoosier to work a +45 offset would be the way to go to get it away from the strut, and this would be a tight fit as that tire is 10.8" wide. The Toyo in comparison in the same size is 10.2" 18x12 at a +47 for the rear. (standard fitment)

We have decent caliper clearance at the +47 and would have even better with the +45

I think I am getting one of you first 18" set for the 997.2 GT3 RS. I am planning to run 265/35 R18 BFG-R1 at the front. Do I need some special offset for that??
(the rear will be 335/30 R18 BFG-R1)
Thanks

Just a heads up that we have special pricing on these wheels for Rennlist members. We have been working with a couple of the folks who have posted on this thread already about Forgelines as well.

David, Scott and the rest of the Forgeline crew stand behind their product and produce a very high quality wheel. Drop us an email if you are interested.

Cheers
