I just had aim mxl pista and smarty cam installed and while I am still getting used to it, it seems to work pretty well and has aim data overlaid on video

If it doesnt record the laps, and keeps running time you are still taking data. It just cant traingulate the start finish coordinates you have put in

Either go back out and manually hit start-finish or when you get home just put the start-fiish line on the track in track studio.....then you have good data

I learned this on manication when peter and I had the wrong start-finish at Watkins Glen

I do. Featherlite 3110 aluminum open trailer. Works like a charm. No fuss, very little upkeep, and easy to tow.

Racekeeper is super easy. And will take TM data as well as now. As far as virtual racing etc, not sure to what level RK is compatible with TM. Since I had my TM updated, mine has been fine. Most of my problems have been "my problems". Lots of operator error or loose connections. Can't really blame the TM for that. It's a good system, just with a steep learning curve but very powerful.

If you just want way cool video with lap times and some data, the RK will do that for you. All in one box.

I think he's looking to go this fall.

Yes, but you're from the favellas in sao paulo. You're probably having to ask your wife to translate this, let alone actually read the TM manual

It's the 3 day advanced school and they use 997S's for the program as far as I know. Last time I went it was loaded with PDK's. As opposed to the first program I went to there, this seems like there is a lot more true coaching from the likes of Chris Hall etc... I'm certain you could be assigned an automatic car like the last time you went and do the whole program with that car.

I think Barber is the only track I actually look forward to going back to other than Sebring. 3 days of advanced driving/coaching might be cool. I didn't love the 2 day advanced school, but the curriculum for the 3 day looks like it caters to people at our current experience level. With what it costs to get a coach like Chris Hall for the day, and you're using their Porsche/tires, track time and meals are covered, it's not a bad deal.
Is it the PSDS as advertised on the web page? I'd like to join as well

I'm afraid of being put in the beginner group though

I won't be worried about the beginner group...they may not even think youre old enough to drive.

This fall I'm all booked up with DE's now and am spending money to get my car worthy for the track.

Sin, from what Andrew told me, they will pass you to the master group, with you having so much experience. But Andrew is also very optimistic that they will move us up higher to the masters plus group.

From what I have researched, it is super fun, well put together weekend event.
