18's or 19's for Track DE's?

I'd have more confidence getting my car back in once piece with her driving it than you
I would just run the 235's with a 315 if I was going to try them. And I might. What was the other GT3 poster running who had success with them? i don't remember now.
I will not buy the R888 again. I only got 4 solid days out of them and the 5th they totally stopped working. As I've said in the past, I'd rather just buy hooters at that point.
Supposedly the NT01 has a very similar compound to the RA1 with similar wear characteristics (ie great performance right down to the cords). If they work, without problems in that sizing, they might be a great solution.

Many have offered to buy the wheels, a few have even offered cars for fitment yet the production run for the car has ended and no CLs after two years... Don't hold your breathe and put off a purchase to wait for ccws...

I think this recent post by mdrums gives an indication as to how ccw feel about getting CLs out to the market....

I've always had great enjoyment out of the CCW's I've owned in the past. I wish they offered CL's and if they did I'd have a set in my garage right now.

Ahem. I'm not the only one that's spun at sebring. I remember having a conversation with a certain someone about how they lost confidence after their turn 17 spin. Not to mention any names (cough Mike cough)
Oh, you're day is coming. I've watched your videos. You may not have spun yet (which is a shocker) but when you do I'm guessing it will be big. My $ is on that you'll be inducted into the 1440 club or higher

i just got 275/35r18 nitto nt01 mounted on my front rims, 9" wide CCW C14 - 18x9 +50mm (7" backspace).
tire is staggered, no doubt, but sits on a rim acceptably fine. fitting is fine, no rubbing whatsoever.
it will be running with my rear 335 RA1 tires as I was not impressed much how front 245 RA1 worked together with rear 335s.
so if anybody wondered if it is possible to run 275/335 combo on NB GT3 offset rims on a 997.1 car - it seems to be possible.

i have aug 29th event with SCDA and then 2 events in Sep with PCA - will do. from what i was told by several people i trust it is same exact rubber but in different mold so hopefully it will act properly.
it would be definitely better if 275 tire was sitting on a 10" rim but my car cannot take it with those stock fenders. i just drove it around - front feels much better planted than with 245s, quite similar to 265 rubber i had before.
NT01 seems to have much softer side walls than RA1. not sure how good it is but will see after first track day.
