Awww, thanks guys - approval from this bunch is always very soothing...

TRAKCAR - thanks, I feel a bit embarrassed having such a car and no driving skills - you are inspiring me to get better,
911SLOW - ?? GO997 is hopefully reserved by now ,
Carrera GT - good point re 3M film, I am currently researching vendors close to the N'ring, but am a bit concerned what will be done with the factory stripes/ stickers; re. PFC/ Brembo rotors - that will be considered after I ruin the first iron set the car comes with.

I had the factory Motorsport plates in my 997.2 GT3 (together with Cup R&P) and noticed a big difference to stock setup. After 10 track days I did not notice a drop in performance. Manthey recommends those parts, so I am more than ok with that for now.

Best, w

Go for the plate 4NOTAX

Just an FYI, Manthey uses the disk pack from the 6 cups.
Initial preload is around 80-100Nm. Mine is still going strong.

Can you spoon feed me the right part numbers to stick into a 2010 3.8 RS?

I'm going to guess bolted ... I cant imagine a glue that would stay glued with the sort of forces exerted thereon... esp after painting the bumper

Default LSD disk set

This is the correct early friction-disk set part number.

After 11 years in RL this is the first time that it is posted..

950 332 981 81

Last time it was used, was on the 2002 cars.
2003 cup cars went with the 996.332.981.9C LSD pack, which is not suitable for us, as it's too aggressive.
