Exactly. Another reason for the GTR to have a slightly better lag profile without resorting to fancy tricks.
Fancy tricks can include variable turbine (like in the RS), lightweight (expensive) materials in the turbo, sequential turbos (need a PhD in plumbing to figure those out).
