No Paint To Sample in Canada.

I inquired. I was told NO.

I wanted Riviera Blue.

They don't offer a price for PTS in Germany.. go figure.

And it's so "funny" that they charge 2653.70 EUR for the black color and the white is free and in the GT2RS it was the exact opposite.

Also in the GT2RS they charged 1743.35 EUR for black wheels and in the 4.0L it's 238 EUR.

I mean who decides these things? Who is responsible for making Porsche look like a small shop, without a code of ethics, that's trying to rip off new customers.

I know this is ridiculous. To get black wheels on the 3.8RS you had to pay 3.5k, now it's less than $325 USD. AMAZAING!

All these price discrepancies and we still buy the damn things. I feel used...

BUT, I sure would buy a 4.0 if I could

Default Another 4.0 Allocation Sought. Help!

Ok- looks like my usual dealer may not get an allocation so I am scrambling. MSRP deal, no trade, ready to sign and place deposit. Doesn't matter to me where in the US it is coming from.

Kindly email or IM me if you know of one. MSRP+ deals are not considered.

Thanks in advance for helping fellow enthusiast!

I like the car but not at more than MSRP. My dealer called me last week to offer me the car at MSRP plus 50K. I said forget it. I think that by end of year there will be some of the 4.0 sitting at the dealers showroom. The only problem is that they will probably be loaded with junk options.

i have several offers at 20-50k over msrp.
just on principle, i rejected them.
i think these cars aren't sold, dealers are playing games.
and drqiman is correct. we will see plenty of LOADED 4.0RS on the floor.

I completely agree Mooty.
Unfortunately the problem is that 20K over MSRP is less than the imbecile specced cars on the foor come delivery time.

it's sad to see allocation wasted and equipped with STRANGE spec's.
the only option the car really need is some serious rubber, be it hoosier R6 or michelin blues.
everything else is just there to satisfy the US gov redtape.
