The cup LSD is not a magic solution and even with steel, the friction and drive plates are subject to wear and should therefore be replaced accordingly.
The nice part is that accordingly may well be the whole life of a car driven in mixed conditions..
Now if you do 40000 klm per year only in the track then.. : )

Yes. The diffs are the same. Anyone with PET access can confirm.

And sadly they did not do away with the eccentric on the toe control arms. It is a spherical end though which is an upgrade.
My GT2RS tail wags like a happy dog under threshold braking. My GT3RS with Guard diff and Intrax suspension is rock solid under brakes.
