Looking for some contacts:
1. Mechanic recommend in the Seattle area for 997.2 GT3s?
Looking for simple items to be done: alignments, oil changes, brake fluid flush, possible installs on seats, roll cage, etc. No engine internals.
2. Tire shop for mounting, balancing, alignment - purchasing of tires.
3. Any mechanic you trust from Roger Jobs or Barrier Porsche Dealers?

If you want serious track prep, Fordahl is #1. They've actually raced GT3's , they know how to do real suspension setup, etc.
Chris' German is a very good general purpose Porsche shop.
Some people like Cantrell but I have no experience with them. They can do cages, alignment , etc.
Stay away from Gerber IMO.
Some of the other well known local shops (Squire's, Akers') are more about the older models.
Fordahl or Cantrell would be fine.
Personally I really like the guys at Tru Line because they are cheap and professional, but they won't know how to set up your car, you'll have to tell them what you want.

Nearly ALL the GT3's that Roger Jobs sells go outside the area so the owners probably have their local dealer do general maintenance. They are factory trained though but I wouldn't expect them to know or have seen anything greater than warranty work.

MB Euromotors on 7th in Vancouver can align your car and install roll bar.
They Currently race three 997 Cup cars and a handful of Koni 996 cars.
One of their 997's is a Grand-am series car which is RSR spec suspension.
A shop with experience on CUP cars and especially grand-am CUP cars is the quintessential shop for us civilians looking for a proper alignment from somebody with real experience and understanding.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
They can corner balance the car they way it should be done.

Colin at Cantrell is fanstastic for fabrication, tyres, CB, alignment, etc. As good as anyone in the biz, if not better. And he does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. No wild tangents that will drain your wallet. http://www.cantrellmotorsport.com/
Chris at Chris's German is fantastic. Very low key but knows what he is doing. http://www.chrisgerman.com/

For your purposes, I would talk with Greg Fordahl.

There's a bunch of other good operations mentioned in this thread, but I see no reason to drive to Seattle with such a quality operation right where you are.

Thanks guys! I will look into MB Euromotors and Bernie - thanks for the heads up. I often go to Seattle as that's where my God-parents live and buying tires in the US are so much cheaper and good for when I am finished track days with ready to be replaced tires.
Figure if I am saving by buying in the US on parts and tires, might as well get it all done at once by the right people.

If you are already down there with the car I would talk to Cantrell and Chris' German.
And if you go to MB Euromotors it's a dangerous place. They might start showing off their Daytona 24 Hour car and their new ALMS car and their other assortment of racecars and set the hook deeper...
