Forgive the non-technical noob in advance,...
I have a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE 11's on the 997.2 GT3. I just realized I have no idea what tire pressures are supposed to be on the car. From TireRack, I can see the max 50/51 psi.
From the TMPS on the car, I was about 34 and 30 for the front right and front left and 40 and 42 for the rear right and left after the car was warmed up. THis is obviously incorrect.
Can someone give me some guidance on what would be ideal? Thanks.

For my Michelin PS2 road tyres on my '10 GT3, i run 34psi fronts and 38psi rears cold (Michelin recommend F36/ R40 cold- but the ride was too harsh on the street)... They typically run approx F 37-38psi and R 42psi hot...

I usually ran 29/31 cold if I remember correctly

All the tire brands Porsche ships on the GT3 recommend 29/33 so if had a Gt3 on the street that is what I'd run. On the track I would have to start lower in the Florida heat . Try your RE11's at that and see how the car drives.

Factory specs for the 997.1 GT3 are 29F/33R cold. That's OK for street driving but if you apply those specs on the track, you'll probably end up running way too hot in a very short time. Then you'll have to bleed off a lot of pressure to get them back into the desirable range.
