Default Anybody used http://www.johnbtires.com/ before?

I have a friend who has been getting tires for his viper from them for a while now.

Seems pleased. Price is certainly right.

Any downsides? Says they only have 3-5 heat cycles on the tires generally. For all practical purposes, thats one day of de'ing.

i was under assumption that beaten up R6 tires were usually considered deals at $50 or so, not more.

It does not seem to me $145 plus shipping for R6 with undisclosed number of HC on them is a good deal, one story is when you get such stuff from a friend who will not screw you, other story is an Ebay or any other internet shop.

For R888 - check out Ebay seller jtbdj5
http://motors.shop.ebay.com/jtbdj5/m...id=p4340.l2562

he sometime sells new tires for prices you saw on used ones in your link.

Why are you dumping them so soon? And what are you replacing them with?

FWIW, I have a friend with a viper that has been using that site to source Toyo's. He's had great luck so far. His last set have done 3 full days, with probably at least one more on them.

Dont go used on tires, you will waste money on mount / re mount

Mdrums needs Hooters......for the Road Atlanta Trip......now that he is using Izzone Tire Delivery Service

I have trouble trusting a place that lists every tire size possible with the same condition rating and a link to buy. I emailed them to confirm stock on what I wanted. They didn't have it in stock even though it is listed on their site. What would have happened if I ordered from their site and paid with paypal? It seems dishonest.

Agreed. I have used used tires in the past and saved some money but for one day it's not worth it IMHO.

I have decided to go into the used rotor and brake pad business

All brake pads are guaranteed to have pad material as thick as the backing plate.....but no more

All rotors are above minimum thickness, will have cracks betwen the holes or to the outside edge

Please PM me is interested

We could always strap them to your roof and hood, and then one in each seat.
