IMHO ... it is not right for seller to delay goods once payment is received. Lack of reply make it worst. It's just not the right way of doing things. Most if not all of my rennlist and even M3forum purchases in the past has been excellent but once in a while you get a special "treat" like what happen to you.

I've bought several items from him. The packaging was superb! The items were delivered better than promised.

UPDATE:

I lodged a dispute with Paypal.

This liar stated that he had posted the stickers.
Paypal requested the tracking number, and he gave them a fake number.
.....I now have my money back

Moderators, why is this crook not banned yet? Same pattern of deceipt in those threads, and he never came public. There is no difference between this and other scammers who post in the classifieds.

Temporary ban until he comes through and gives a credible explanation, if not, permanent ban, each member is obviously responsible of his business dealings in the forum, but at least you can help protect others from being ripped off in the future.

Most crooks are smooth talkers and nice people.

Obviously I prefer to think that he is ok and he is just a crook , rather than the opposite...

Upon contacting Fedex however I was told that: 1) they have no record of insurance or declared value, 2) that you did not open a claim - only a case number, 3) that they have been unable to contact you and thus have cancelled all efforts to find the missing items, 4) that they have no record of your authorization to work directly with me on a claim (which has yet to be filed), and 5) that because you did not box the wheels or wrap them properly, they will not accept responsibility for the shipping damages!

I have called and emailed you extensively over the last month with absolutely no response at all. Your last response to me was on April 21st. I am left with few options beyond this post.
Looks like he stops answering, and when he does he lies about having sent the stuff. He also never responds on the forum to aknowledge his wrongdoing and bring closure..

Yes, he is alright. I spoke with him recently and his phone had fallen in the water and wasn't receiving calls.

My suspicion is he got in over his head. He talked my ear off when I was trying to sell my GT3RS. My impression was that he was really stretching financially at that time (pre 08 crash). I found a cash buyer and was done with it.

Member 340Elise is temporarily banned from Rennlist and has 10 days to explain himself / apologize and try to make things right, before he is permanently banned.

I really hope that he is in good health and responds to this final warning.
