I was made to believe it would be here by the fall. I mean you could start ordering it.

So, you don't think it will be at the Geneva show in 2 weeks?

The GT3 will not just sit and rot while a new RS LE is announced. The real question is whether or not it will have a 4.0... probably not. But, the GT3 is a bargain for sure. As an owner of both '07 and '10 RSs I am hopeful I can get a LE RS, if not a beefed up GT3 for the end of model run will be just fine. I have my favorites to save and have my favorite drivers too.

I had heard that GT3 production is over (at least orders are closed). A 2-year run is pretty typical, no?

My dealer said something about a GTX sending off the 997 with a big bang replacing the 3. I hope it's true.

Here is my conjecture -> The LE is not going to be shown in Geneva.
Here is what I know based on factory communication -> Build slots planned for end of this year. Engine will be 4.0l.
Best, w

I hope it is a 4.0L and the lightest car in the current Porsche lineup. They have to make it lighter than the Boxster Spyder.

Hi Craig -- are you suggesting that the 4.0 litre GT3 RS "LE" (or "GT3 RSR") will get an upgraded 991-style (i.e. Panamera-style) interior?

Thanks for the feedback!
