Am heading down this weekend for my first DE in the GT3. Really excited to visit a "new" track (for me anyway) and learn the differences between it and my old C4S.

Anyone coming in for the event? We will be staying at the Garden Inn close to the Airport.

Don't really care for roebling but have fun and can't wait to hear what you think of the 3 on the track, especially since you can't get close to 160 on the front stretch

Roebling is a great little track, more fun then the size would have you think.

Funny you should bring that up. I've been watching YOUR videos from both your 997.1 GT3 and 997.2 RS with a LOT of interest. Especially you gear choice in turn 1 and how that changed as your experience (I'm assuming) increased. Truly helpful videos!

If RR has not been resurfaced they had very faint grapefruit size white dots showing the line. I jogged the track one morning and noticed them. Its a fun track particularly if you are hp challenged. You may have 914's all over your bumper till you get through the back ax course. I liked the camber of the track. Required concentration on what seemed like a simple layout. Not a friendly place for GT cars with open exhaust. They have the strictest sound regs of any track I raced including Lime Rock.

I'm trailering up Friday afternoon, staying at the Wyndham Wingate. Are you going to attend the get together at the hotel on Friday evening?

I'm relatively new to DE's and just moved into the white/solo group. I'm the first to admit that I've got a whole lot to learn. I'd appreciate any help from fellow GT3er's on how to improve my driving skills and would like to have an instructor ride with me to help with the learning process....... Help wanted!

Haven't reserved for the social, but, plan to be there. I am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn - gotta get my hhonors points!
