I checked, the price is *not* a misprint! Apparently because they are a special order!

I think the two of you have missed the practicality that velcro affords.

I had alacantara seat covers on my 996 Recarcos which I got from carewal ... I think they were $500-600 ... and they velcroed over the original cushions ...

Came with the car, but had to give blood to get the car..

Good, when I run out of money (Soon) I plan on selling my CF bits wing and alcantare seat inserts and should be able to buy Pagid pads and tires to last me for a while.

Bad joke on my part. It was more about the price than anything else.

I must admit that it brought me back to my t-top Camaro days. I had some sweet Tasmanian Devil seat covers. Got them from Pep Boys and were secured by velcro.

Tasmanian Devil seat covers are hawt!

The OEM's are velcro's also.
I already molested the drivers side cushio to sit lower in the car and I rip it out completely when on track..

I just bought a pair of GT2 leather seats for my .1 RS and was also looking into the cushions. I quickly became content with the regular leather after checking the the prices CRAZY!

^ as I recall the Sprots Buckets are not like the cushions/covers on the 996 Recaros, where you could take the covers off, the sports buckets are sewn together as one piece are they not?
