These guys make alcantara covers for GT2 seats for $300 a pair I believe. Certainly worth looking at considering how much it would be to replace oem ones.

Nope the 996 covers are a lot cheaper relatively aroung 500 I think from carnewal

 

Gert is using alcantara from domestic animals raised in his farm hence the price dif.

 

perfect example of how out of control the prices can be for the pcar name and accessories...

I guess those alcantaras were raised on catfood and Yellow Tail.
