Oh baby, that is nice!!!!... I smell major dollars though. I hope this gets Porsche back to serious racing again at the highest levels. Mildly evocative of the old GT-1 from that angle . Audi has had it's day. It's time for a fresh "old" face to return Porsche to racing dominance.

Porsche mentioned a while back that they will be racing the 918 in the Nurburgring 24 hours 2011..

Question is which hybrid technology will they use in the competition model? Perhaps the KERS this time? And since we are talking KERS does anyone know if they will be racing the GT3 Hybrid that damn near won the race last year?

They will race the GT3 Hybrid and the 918!!! Porsche are going on full boost in the next 24hour race!!!

From the article (the one posted on top and Bloomberg's) it is not a hybrid.
