What is in the box?

Any improvement?

It is surprising to see so few that use an air filter that allows better air intake into the engine and know so many that have a muffler bypass, including myself ( I did it for the sound)....
I will however put a BMC filter in the Original airbox and I will report if I notice any change in performance

i was "told" that most air filter will not be much better than oem, if at all.

same goes with bypass without specific engine dyno tuning. but the sound is worth a few hp degradation. i am with you on that one.

I have confirmed information that 911slow says that factory airbox with a quality panel filter is superior to any filter type that doesn't take advantage of the venturi effect of the oem boxes end intake “ring” and of the ramair effect of the oem boxes lid scoops.. also 911slow still awaits PJS's newer dyno results in an independant dyno of the KN's cone filter VS. oem airbox equipped with a K&N or BMC panel filter
