BMC here. No noticeable performance gain, but intake "whoosh" is definitely louder at 3k rpm and above.

I ran cat bypass pipes and stock mufflers on my 6GT3 and passed sound at Laguna...sounded great too! Stock filter element.

BMC, here. Can't say I noticed much of anything... usually I notice more immediate throttle response from K&N/BMC, not horsepower. Now that I've driven it for a while with the BMC, I'll swap back to OEM and see if I notice any loss.
