07 GT3 RS price check

I say offer them High $90s like you say and see where it goes. I know a dealer would try to get anywhere between $110K-$115K for a relatively non-driven car.
Which brings up the conundrums with cars with extremely low miles. Do you drive them and "Drive-Down" the value? Or do you enjoy them by driving them? There will obviously be a premium for such a car like this.
What are the options on this one? Will you be track driving it; if you do will you switch to steel brakes?

no a/c? That's a value killer right there, regardless of miles. $90k.
What color is it? That has some bearing.....but the no a/c thing really, really hurts the resale value.

I have seen photos of it..very nice and clean....AC delete pool buyers is not as large but this is not a negative as some will desire it more....this is the most desirable color for RS.I ...I think 120 is high and 90 is low....

I totally agree. There is no way unless it is a fire sale that this 800mile car will go for less than 100k.....it is a more desireable track car w/o AC and the PCCBs will need to be replaced....but can easily be resold.

at that mileage with pccb, it's a $110 car
i would be insulted if i am selling and you offered me 90. i would boot you right out the door. seller has to be beyond desperate.
$100k "might" be doable. but i think it's worth 110.
ah, no AC.
well the seller is dead in the water.
then 90k is a good price for you to start.

If I recall, back in the 70's, the RS's were offered in two versions, fully loaded and the so-called light weight version. My guess is that the owner wanted to buy what he felt was as close to factory light weight as possible. I guarantee there are very few A/C deleted RS's out there. From a collector standpoint, I'd go with the A/C delete. Do you want a fully loaded RS or one as Light weight as possible, that's the question. In my opinion, that car as described is worth in the mid to high teens.
