Catastrophic Coolant Hose Coupling Failure Registry

My motor has been out twice in the last month for leaks, the last and current at dealership (don't ask), but the timing was such that I could not fix the problem. Dealer did the flush and accepted to fill with W + WW at my request, not even any hesitation on their part

Sorry Peter, I should have been more specific, I was running out of the house when I replied.
When I said that I could not fix the problem, I meant fix permanently. So no, couplings not fixed, welded, pinned, or anything else
So I'll be running with W + wetter until next time.

Do we have to drop the motor to install this?
What is the cost?

The cost is about $1,500 for the entire project.
(This does not include any hoses if they need replacement.)

Dealer replaced water pump housing and hose.
Fitting blew out on the driver's side of the water pump housing.
I am making this thread sticky.

I will keep the upgrade in mind when my car is out of warranty. For now, Porsche can pay for this. Update on my car: Porsche fixed it at no cost. Got the car back and drove 120 miles and completely broke down
Update: now in month 2, still do not have my car back...plus side, saved two months of miles. Glad this isn't my DD

(And don't worry about the sticky, we need a dozen more to match the Cayenne subforum... )
Added a diagram that might help categorizing the incidents per affected area.

We are working a fix for .1 cars at this moment and have a project car in the shop. Here is a pic of a fitting that upon dropping the engine we saw was about to fall out. We almost crapped our pants when we saw this as we had no idea one was already falling out!
I now have several hours of track time on my retrofitted car (2010 GT3RS- the initial guinea pig) with no problems. Last image is one of my early prototypes: threaded, shouldered, ultra-strong machined aluminum tubing in combination with an an application specific (temp/ethelyne glycol resistant) thread locker/sealant. It should be bomb-proof. Refining this solution at this moment.
