Hmmm, could be a good oppportunity. Paint/wrap the offening red areas black, and you've got a car.

Really, the amount of effort to make that car look good is minimal. And how often do you get a chance to buy a green RS, let alone a .2?

So either it was a special order PTS intentionally with red details and the buyer walked away after reading all the “nice” comments here, or it was a PTS with the buyer plan to paint alone the wheels and mirrors /sides/front and he just could not afford it.
Either way I think pretty soon someone is gonna grab this. Question remains will he keep the Christmas spirit or not?

don't understand the logic behind it. besides changing the red to black, this car would even look great with the standard White Gold trims, just not the Red.

i have some SERIOUS issue with PTS.
some ppl get PTS for the sake of PTS. why?
my thoughts are if i wanted "the" color all my life, now i have a chance. then let's get it.
then there are ppl who wonder should they get blue 1, blue 2, green, orange, puke, ..... if you dont have a color in mind, then you DONT HAVE A FAV color. then why pay for PTS.

but then who says i have logic.

Just looked at this thread....I figured it would be hard to screw up the 997.2 gt3 rs.

I was wrong.

But, I'd just paint the red stuff black and be done....

This reminds me of a billboard I saw at the local bus stop - "Beer goggles fade, chlamydia doesn't."

if I'd had to sell the car, I'd make all red black or even cleaner make all red green, silver weels = beatiful clean canvas for the buyer.
