Bill, I'm not really in a big rush, just need to place the order before tuesday, so I will place my order tomorrow, I need to double check on the diameter of the OEM RS 997 rollbar to order one or maybe two collar clamps, I may order two cameras facing the front (exterior view) and another for the interior (hand & foot) action, I don't want cameras on the exterior of the car, what do you recommend two squares, mini squares or bullets?
today I'm in Sebring since yesterday for a three day event with PBOC.

I haven't tried it yet....but will the software (barely) work with a small netbook computer - enough to config the system, get it running and then have a quick look and see if the video/data was recorded properly? I'll start the sample download in the next day or so, but until then I figured I'd ask.
I'd rather not buy a larger laptop to bring to the track with me and would primarily use the software on my desktop PC when I got home.
Thanks,

The setup/installation process requires a laptop to download licenses (if any, for things like the dual stream HD video option and the i-Dash option) and then configure RK for things like video arrangement and automatic start-stop speed. Once you have that set, all you need is a big SD memory card or a handful of them. One 8GB card is ample for a typical DE day.
Any laptop capable of replaying the video file would suffice.

Allan: + CGT's remarks. I run Race-Keeper Comparo on a low-end Toshiba laptop (didn't want to bring an expensive one to the track). The only issue I see with a netbook is the small screen size for viewing the video.

Thanks for organizing this group buy. Expecting my new system in a few days and it will be straight into the car and off to VIR end of the week.
