Default New house, Old 3

i know this may be an off topic post but i feel like this is home for me in this forum and i included my little old 3 in the front. i have to thank the economy unfortunately for allowing me to get a great deal on a foreclosed house.

as a licensed architect, here is my PROFESSIONAL opinion so you can quote me to your wife.

to increase future prop value and to add structural safety, it is best to removed the ceiling above the garage and add 2 lifts into the bays so more GT3 variants can be safely stored. the third bay needs a mezzanine with 100" flat screen for F1 and ALMS viewing parties. the lower portion of subject bay shall have the largest sub zero fridge filled with beers and other cool snacks to show your southern hospitality for us rude northern californians when we come to visit or for the local p car nuts when they come over to watch motorsport or football broadcast or working on their porsches while bench racing. if mrs jenk is amenable to it, a corner can be reserve for her 12 burner wolf range such that she can cook warm meals for the car nuts.

hey, that's what i would do if i had that garage

i like how you start it off with structural safety. this will be a huge selling point to the misses. 100'' flat screen and sub zero fridge will be next and we might have to let her and friends use that once a year. a small price to pay i think i'll print out this contract and put it under her pillow to sleep on it...LOL

beautiful -- congratulations!

with regards to mootys plan, the often overlooked feature of the mezzanine is the "fireman's" pole from the mezzanine to the garage floor... you can block off the opening in the mezzanine floor for "safety" and KA CHING you now have a mezzanine leve stripper pole in disguise...

just sayin....

it is an option

Nice "materials"

I wish real estate was as cheap here as it is in the ATL. I had a lot of fun in Midtown.

mooty- I disagree with you completely.

jenk- get a baller-*** simulator for the room above your garage. abuse ALMS cars around sebring, road atlanta etc. bring friends over, charge them 20/hr for your divorce prevention fund...aka "spa weekend fund" for your wife.

should leave plenty of room for the HD projector and movie style seating.

BAM.

Go with Mooty or C.J.'s advice, but hurry up, we'll be at Road Atlanta with a bunch of GT3's end of July with Chin and we want to come hang out

Man, I'm jealous..

Nice house. Now sell whatever that thing is to the left of the three bay doors and you'll be all set ;-)

Cool house Jenks. I like it. Looks like you even have the black series peeking around the corner in one of those shots. Have fun at VIR this weekend. Call me if you need any help.
