I have a friend that is sending his son to run a GT3 Cup for the race. I would love to see it or at least follow the progress. The kid's only 18.

I already tried. Get in line.
He has spent a lot of time and $$$ preparing his son for racing. He won the Skip Barber race at Sebring this year and he has a seat for the remaining Continental Tires series races in an ST BMW. His name is Dennis Trebing. He's a good kid and his dad is great guy.

Porsches ahead of Audis after a couple of laps!
Manthey No1 was ahead already before leaving the GP circuit!!!
In the warmup lap, the star was the street registered RS...
Go Porsche!

A factory BMW ate the wall hard some minutes ago...should hire better drivers!

Hybrid led for some laps too which is good stuff but big brother Manthey 1 is back in the top spot.

Sabine Schmitz's car currently running 22nd.

Chris Harris' showroom GT3RS is running 39th..

Damn this GT3H is impressive on the straights it lacks brute punch but on the turns as most would know it packs some heat thanks to the KERS technology.

Three big boys up top: Porsche/Manthey 1, Audi ABT R8 and BMW M3 GT2 respectively.

I'd heard that Porsche is mainly using the Kers system for fuel economy advantage, and the system is tweeked to maximize that aspect of it.
