Red lips gone. Picked up the car.
I just drove it the first 50 miles..
First imprssions:
much more noice into the cabine from the engine, more comfortable.
The more comfortable is difficult to explain. The seats, maybe because I sit higher, tires, not lowered yet, but the car is much more a normal car than my GT3 was.
I think it is a beauty, the color came out nicer than expected. The guys from C2 Design impressed me all the way through the process, but you don't know until you pick up the car..
Now I am even more impressed. Skinz from Miami did a great job in double and tripple wrapping the car. You have to look for a seam to know it it wrapped!!
The wife even approved enthusiastically, she's comfortable in it also, they did a great job and surprised me with some details that are just cool. The way the K40 was build in, the brackets for the seats, everything done perfectly.
No rattles, and I got a good old fashioned cloud of blue smoke at initial startup

Thanx for preview of mine. I love plain white with

I love it, I only revved it to 7 or so, but it is all good. So much for the break in. Lets say I did not lug the engine.
The clutch is much better, easier. I think even the radio is a little better, softer suspension too, just an awesome ride. I need to plug out the exhaust flap though, it sounds nicer that way, a bit darker and about as loud as mine with a sharky I think, but could be because more noise comes in the cabin from the rear.
C2 Design really came through, they took slides out of my seat cushions so I sink in deeper, but the look the same as the passenger seats:

Yes, flat black would be my first choice, but I want to start liking the traditional white red first. It's working, the cal looks fantastic to me, very happy with my red lips and decal delete...

Thanks you!
Sebring will have to wait until may 1+2 or 15+16 depending on when the BB$ arrive....
I am going to Homestead April 24/25 weekend, but no track wheels and tires yet so I will just use it as a reason to put more break in miles on the car.
My dad is in town then, so I will just drive up and down with him and say hi to some other track junkies there. can't spend the whole 2 days..
Maybe I'll throw in the Helmet and Hans just in case they feel like just letting me go for a few laps.... hehe..
