Nope I do really wish for this..even though it is for my own selfish reason seeing that my prosthetic leg can not push a clutch pedal.

Not selfish If the PDK option is made available it would be good as long as they still have the 6 speed.

I have a C4S with PDK and absolutely love my car, but as mdrums, I also have a problem with my left leg (knee actually), so a manual transmission car is not possible

The GT3 is the purest and most raw 911 and that's why I love it !

The currect GT3 doesn't have PDK because this gearbox is not compatible with GT1 based engine, only workable with DFI engines as most of you know

Curiously some days ago I was thinking the same as Sloth: this will be the last GT1 based GT3 and maybe it will reach a simmilar iconic status as the 993 did for being the last aircooled 911

But if in 2012 I can have the new GT3 with PDK or a street sequential gearbox (if they don't use PDK for the GT3), sure I'll do my best to get it !

But Porsche will need to do an incredible job making a DFI engine sound and feel as rough as the current GT1 engine does

Just got the call... my May build is officially a MY2011!

No idea on how much of a price bump, yet. I had not selected Bluetooth or floor mats but it looks like they will 'force feed' those two items in a new and improved MSRP.

I have already contacted a couple of dealers ...

being the realist/pessimist that I am, I note that it doesn't actually mention the GT3 specifically!

I have a call into a tame dealer who is going to call Atlanta to get the scoop (re: new allocations) I will report back what I hear.

While I am hopeful, I'm not 100% convinced ... it does not actually mention the GT3 by name, but I suppose it implies that there may be some (more) MY'11 RS'es ...

fingers crossed ... I can see my MY'11 PTS 997.1 RS Orange GT3 (not RS) lapping the ring right now this summer!
