i love it. i guess if you got PCCB's it would throw off the whole red on white thing. 3 of us are picking up RS in likely mid to late June. maybe you can join us on a joint delivery?

Yeah that would be superb!!!

Nice convoy and always more fun in a group. I've done two previous factory pick ups and I had about nine days insurance for Europe before you have to return to the UK to re-register your car.

Did 5,000 miles in 7 days through 12 countries last June!

Did the Italian lakes, Hungaroring, Spa and the 'Ring.

Stelvio, Fluelpass, Simplon and Umbrail passes, so I know my way around if you want info on a road trip.

Also got three cameras with pro mounts if you want a bit of fun filming, just let me know.

Or just enjoy some really nice summer scenery!

Wouldn't have been easier to list what boxes you didn't check?
That is what I call loaded!
Enjoy.

H.G.J

My initials...............at the moment it's changeable.

I want to personalise it, all things considered but got to be careful about the naff factor!

Quite interested in choosing a "name" for her..him..it...

My son has always called the current 997 MKI the "White beast" so......?

Or "Anytime,Any Place,Anywhere"

Jury is still out.......

I just finalized my RS Order with the dealership - I just went by the options available on the Porsche USA website configurator. I guess dealerships manually enter order and send it to Porsche AG. Which additional options are available by going through the dealership computer ordering system? After seeing buttons123 list, I am missing a lot but saving a lot of money.

Nice long list. I would also do a red and white theme but not sure on the extra leather here and there. It never seems to stop like the leather vent slats. Nevertheless, it will be a gorgeous car.

Thank you, I agree with you. Trouble is if you don't have the leather you can't get the stitching. It's a honeypot and Porsche work it to the max

OK so that's why the RS in the other thread has red dev. stitching on the top half of door cards and regular stitching on the bottom half..... That's really weird.

Actually CWay27, I'm wrong, you can have stitching with Alcantara and CF (yes on the CF) as well, you just have to get the codes right. Most miss the gear stick gaiter, steering wheel and the handbrake! Just annoying when it should be easy. Most salesmen really aren't sure, it's so specialist.

Some just have it along the dashboard and door tops as you saw.

Weird system....

Well, well. It's a small world

Used to go to the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club from about 2003 to 2007 on holidays staying at a friends house there! Used to ride up to Delray Beach on a push bike whilst my wife jogged.

Was actually thinking of opening a business there at one time!!

A1A? Great cruising and posing road..... loved it! Couple of nice little houses there too!!

Great part of the world, you guys love your motors there
