We are trying to make more options available, but do
neither have an approval yet nor a necessary system
adaptation.

We will keep you and your dealer updated."

Sorry, can't do it. I've tried with my contacts at Leipzig, Stuttgart and Exclusive. PCNA has one set of rules, PAG has another and they are reluctant to cross into each other, although technically, PAG can overrule PCNA at any time. Stubborn Germans...grrrrr...

I've also had a similar experience when ordering my RS.

Thankfully, the sales guy is switched on and we've gotten to the end result without too much annoyance; however, doing anything individual isn't as easy as it should be.

I was going to go for deviating stitching but as Porsche could/would not supply black belts and harnesses, I've dropped it as I don't think the red would look right with my exterior colour (PTS). A shame as the deviating stitching can look very very nice.
Now, there is another perfect example of their unbridled arrogance... why the fu*k is it such a big deal to instal black seat belts? They are standard in every other Porsche model! Not hard to come by are they? But the answer is, "NO! You pay and vee vill decide for you. Ja?"

Sounds superb, love you spec, just enough without going OTT.

Mounts and Front lift ........nice

I wish I had the bollo*** to go for the full clubsport, but I don't like the tightness of the lightweight seats as I'm a big boy!!

Just to let you know unless you're ordering a left hooker you can't have a 90l fuel tank for UK cars as, I quote:

"- 90 litre fuel tank: This option is unfortunately not available for right-wheel cars because of the steering components."

From Stuttgart last Friday, I wanted this as well!

Yep i found that out the hard way, the 90l tank was a cut 'n' paste from my original list to the OPC. Have you done your depositors drive yet ? It was driving their car that made me go for the full on Carrera GT seats. I am a tall guy and found the lower seating position great.

I've got the sport bucket seats (ala GT2). Like I said, the lightweights seem tight and I really wanted leather/alcantara.

It's going to be a long 7 weeks !!
