I found a source for the "Mooty" reccomended garage jack in Canada.
Model DK13HLQ price each $720.00 us funds. In stock.
Freight by UPS to Orlando, FL for one of model DK13HLQ, $111.00 us funds
Is it worth the extra dollars for this jack?

i dont remember what i paid but i do recall it was significantly more $ than just about anything else (there are a few that cost more, believe it or not). this is NOT a jack you haul to the track, it's HEAVY and if you move it too much (lifting it) u will end up breaking your back. but as far as using it in the garage, i dont trust any of those craftsman or harbor freight alum stuff. i had a high end craftsman, i jacked the car up high enough to put jack stand under car.... i peered over the the jack... it's "racking"... the AC is like a sherman tank, as reflected by the wt.
DK13 is the long tongue one right? that one cost more.
i don thave a rear engine car at the moment, but i seem to recall the short one DK20 can reach the split case jacking point from rear. the short one pumps up faster (shorter), but the long one obviously has more reach. can't decide, so i have both.

I have the shorter one but it's really not that short relative to other jacks. Very well built and reliable jack. I highly recommend them. I'm not sure you need the extra long one. That could be harder to maneuver around the garage also.

I have a price for the DK20
Will a DK 20 get to all the jack points on a 997.1 GT3? It is much cheaper so if it works I will go that way
Model DK20, $438.75
Model T3, $179.00
Model GS1, $35.00
Freight, $114.00
Total $766.75
Has anybody used the T3 cross beam adapter? Is it necessary?

Not that it matters for our cars but mine is rated at 4400 lbs not 2800lbs. Yes prices have gone up but I can pretty much guarantee that you won't need another jack. These things are solid and very durable.
Actually, you do need at least one other jack if you go to the track because the AC is not really portable unless you have a trailer.

I have contacted the dealer in Canada as well. We should do a group by to get a discount.
